Regional Roadmap
The Regional Roadmap, developed through extensive consultation across the region, describes the region, its attributes, industry and employment base and key advantages. It also sets out the economic, environmental and social vision for the region, articulates the drivers of change, identifies strengths, opportunities and weaknesses and lists priorities for action. It is used to inform the Federal and Queensland Governnments of our regional priorities, strategies and opportunities to help build sustainable communities. It may also be used by Governments as a reference when they receive funding applications to ensure there is a fit with regional priorities. The Roadmap is updated at least once a year.
The current version of the Regional Roadmap and Appendices were updated in September 2012.
